(GL – Reports – Trial Balance)
This report displays the total debit, credit, and net change amount for each GL account, for any period or range of periods. The same columns are also listed on the report based on year-to-date amounts.
On the selection screen, you must specify a range of periods and a range of GL accounts. If you leave these fields blank, nothing will be selected.
GL accounts with no activity are normally excluded from the report, but you can select the Include zero-value accounts checkbox if you want them included.
This is a summary report. For a listing of the transactions for any given GL account, use the Transaction Listing report.
