(Admin – Current Online Users)
The system administrator can use this screen to view the current users that are logged into the system and to remove users.
Removing a user
In the case of a power failure or a user shutting off his or her computer without exiting DBA first, the program still assumes the user is logged on. When this happens, you might reach your maximum user limit even though the number of physical users has not.
To remove a user, highlight the user and click the Delete button.
If you reach your maximum user limit
If you reach your maximum user limit and attempt to log in as the administrator, you will automatically be taken to this screen where you can remove a user(s) to make room for you to get into the system.
