If possible, turn off inventory, sales orders, and purchasing because these functions will continue to be handled by DBA and do not need to be exposed to financial accounting system users. .
Do not use a default chart of accounts
If the system offers a default chart of accounts, do not use it because you will manually re-create the DBA chart of accounts in the next conversion step.
