In this task you will enter your company-level Email settings.

Email Setup Overview
1.Setup SMTP settings for the company (Admin > Main Setup > Email Tab)
▪Get SMTP Server and Port settings from your email service provider
▪The SMTP Settings and Default email address will be copied to individual users
2.Establish Email Domain Authentication Policies to improve deliverability and security
3.Setup email settings for each DBA User (Admin > User Setup > Email Tab)
▪Some companies choose a single email sign in address and password for all users
▪Optionally set up individual email addresses/passwords for each DBA User
▪If you have a different Reply to Address than your sign in email address, both should use the same authenticated domain
4. Temporarily Activate Email Logging to Test System
To test the email sending system you can temporarily activate email logging. This will provide a log of the email activity with each email sent. This logging tool can be an invaluable resource when test new settings or to help troubleshoot errors.
