Example of an incoming Email Filter using the standard Subject

The following screen shot is an example of an incoming email filter that can be used to forward replies to one or more persons in your organization.  In this example, the standard subject line is used to establish a filter rule.

This methodology allows you to use a single company email address for sending, but still gives flexibility to direct the replies to the appropriate individuals or teams.

(Note: this example is using Rackspace Webmail.  Refer to your email service provider's help for their incoming filter settings).
