There are many Inquiry screens in DBA that provide feedback on how you are performing against your system target dates.
Job Schedule
The Job Schedule screen displays the overall status of your jobs. New status jobs that are waiting to be started are displayed separately from Released status jobs that are in production. When jobs are released the job Finish Date is updated to provide a reliable supply date for the item. If conditions during production change, you can manually change the Finish Date to reflect a new supply date for the item. The Finish Date for released jobs will provide feedback to your office staff in the Sales > Late Supply screen (see below).

PO Schedule
The PO Schedule screen displays the master PO schedule. Late POs are monitored in this screen to expedite supplier delivery. You will see a dependency view against PO lines that are running late against their release job target date (Planned Start Date). If a supplier confirms a delay in shipment, you can update the Expected Date in the PO schedule and it will update the supply date in the system. This new supply date will be seen in the Job Release screen and in the Stock Status screen.

Late Supply screen improves communication between the shop and the office
If a job is running late you can update the finish date in the Job Schedule screen to reflect your conditions in the shop. Likewise, if a PO is running late (for example, the supplier is reporting an unexpected delay) you can update the expected date in the PO Schedule screen. In both cases when the expected supply date (Finish Date for Jobs and Expected Date for POs) is greater than the sales order line requirement date this item will show up in the Sales > Late Supply screen. This will immediately let the office know which jobs or POs are running late and they can update the SO line Expected Ship date and contact the customer if appropriate.
