This screen displays supply and demand transaction detail within and beyond the item’s planning period.

Upper Panel
On Hand
This is the item's current stock on hand at all locations.
Reorder Point, Min Order, Multiple
These fields display the item’s MRP settings for reference to supply transactions listed below.
Grid Fields
Trxn Date
Supply and demand dates are derived as follows:
PO Line
This is the PO line item's Expected Date, which is normally equal to the line Due Date, but can differ when manually overridden to reference a firm delivery date from the supplier.
Job Output ('New' Status)
This is the job’s Earliest Finish date.
Job Output ('Released' Status)
This is the Job Finish date.
Sales Order
This is the sales order line's Required date.
Job Input ('New' Status)
This is the job’s Planned Start date, unless it is past the current date, in which case the current date is used.
Job Input ('Released' Status)
This is the job Released date.
Trx Qty
This is the remaining transaction quantity.
Projected Qty
This is the projected stock on hand as of this transaction date.
Type
This is the transaction type, with these possible values:
PO Line
This is a supply transaction where the item is a purchase order line item.
Job Output
This is a supply transaction where the item is a job output.
Sales Order
This is a demand transaction were the item is a sales order line item.
Job Input
This is a demand transaction where the item is a purchased component or subassembly within a job.
Source
This indicates the PO number, job number, or sales order number associated with this transaction.
Drill-Down Capability
If this is a PO number or job number, you can click the on it to view its underlying details within the PO Schedule or Job Schedule screen.

Job Status
This indicates whether the job status is New, which is a job that is scheduled for release, or Released, which is a job that has been released to production.
CTO Job No
This field is only visible when this is a CTO item. When the transaction Type = Sales Order, this displays the CTO Job value stored against the sales order line.
CTO Job Status
This field is only visible when this is a CTO item. When there is a CTO Job value in the preceding field, this is the Job Status (New or Released) associated with that job.
Beyond Planning Period
This panel displays transactions with dates beyond the item’s planning period end date.
How is the planning period used?
The planning period is the MRP “action window” and is the total time allocated to replenish stock. Requirements within item’s planning period are responded to with a planned job or PO. Requirements outside the planning period need no current action.
Period End Date
The Period End Date calculation is displayed in the MRP Settings panel on the Summary tab.
