(Utilities – ID Changes – Customer Name Change)
Each customer is identified by its Customer Name. Use this screen to change the Customer Name across all data tables where it is used.
Upper Panel
Old Customer Name
Select the current Customer Name from the lookup.
New Customer Name
Enter the replacement Customer Name in this field.
Change Button
After entering the New Customer Name, click this button to make the change.
History Grid
A record of each name change is displayed in this grid.
