If you have not already done so, make sure your company has purchased a support subscription, which enables you to submit support tickets and access support center resources.

How to Order

An initial support subscription is included with new system purchase.  If you do not currently have a support subscription, it can be ordered online from the Pricing page on our website or you can order by phone by calling 1-800-995-1959 or 805-461-3501.

Accessing the online support center

Access to the online support center is provided within the software itself.  Go to the Help menu and click the Online Support Center option.  You can also access the support center through the Support page on our website.

Apply all product updates in a timely manner

In order to receive optimal support, always apply product updates in a timely manner.  We only provide programming fixes to the current product build and not to past versions.. Our support and software maintenance model is based on the premise that all customers are on the current build.
