User defined fields and item images are found on this tab.
Storing an Image
If you wish to store a graphical image of the item for reference on this screen and for optional printing on the job traveler, right click on the left panel and select the Load Picture option. You will be presented with a selection screen. Navigate to the desired image and select it and it will display on the screen. To clear the image, right click on the image and select the Clear Picture option.
Image Size Restrictions
If the purpose of the image is for reference on this screen only, there are no restrictions on image size. If the image is to print on the job traveler, however, it needs to be of thumbnail size no larger than 512 x 512 pixels to be discernable. If you need an image larger than thumbnail size for manufacturing reference, create an image document and link it to the item on the Documents tab. When the job traveler is printed, the image document can also be printed and bundled with the traveler.
User-Defined Fields
If you created any user-defined fields in the Admin – User-Defined Fields screen, those fields are entered on this panel.
