No Action Needed
This option can be selected in the header panel to list items with future requirements (net demand below Reorder Point) outside of current item planning periods, in which case no planned PO is needed at this time. MRP will generate a planned PO in a future session when the Required date falls within the item’s current planning period.
Future requirements are incomplete
Be aware that future requirements for purchase items are incomplete and often accumulate with subsequent MRP sessions as higher level jobs get progressively generated.
Expanding your planning period action window
If you would like to expand the planning period for your purchased items you can increase the Extra Days for P Items setting in MRP - MRP Setup - MRP Defaults - Replenish Time + Extra Days.

These are the items current MRP settings, for reference.
Required
This is the date when net demand falls below the item’s Reorder Point.
Move
Click this icon to move this item to the Planned POs list so that a PO can be created.
Enter a Plan Qty against the planned PO
When this item is moved to the Planned POs list, the Plan Qty is zero because no current requirements exist. Enter a Plan Qty to create a PO based on your evaluation of stock status and the item's Min Order and Multiple settings.
Stock Status
You can click this icon to open the Projected tab of the Stock Status inquiry within which you can view the item’s supply and demand details inside and outside its planning period.
