Task – Select Accounting Configuration
(Admin – Accounting Configuration)
If you are performing a system restart, make sure you are using the accounting configuration that meets your implementation objectives.
Financial Transfer
Select this configuration if you are already using an outside accounting system for financial processes.
Legacy Financials
Select this option if you are still using the DBA financial modules (AR, AP, Banking). After implementation is completed and your system has been restarted, we recommend that you ultimately convert the legacy financial modules to a mainstream small business accounting package to get the benefits of payroll integration, online banking, comparative financial statements, and the many other modern features that will benefit the financial side of your business.
