In this task all project team members will get an overview of DBA support and learn how to submit support tickets.  

Task Notes:

You can request a support account for any of your employees that will be using DBA.   Send an email to accounting@dbasoftware.com and provide the name and email address of the employees that you wish to add to your support account.

Each team member should view all segments in the overview video player to gain a thorough understanding of support resources, procedures, and policies.  

Support tickets augment our documentation and videos

Even though each startup task is fully documented and often include video presentations, questions will inevitably arise.  Whenever you encounter a conceptual issue that you do not fully grasp, submit a support ticket and we will help you.
