In this task support center accounts will be created for each member of the project team.
Task Notes:
Make sure each project team member has a support account and knows how to sign in to the online support center.
Request support accounts for all of your licensed DBA Users
Contact accounting@dbasoftware.com and provide the first name, last name, and email address of all users that you wish to set up for support access.

The support center is normally accessed via the Help menu in the software or from the Support link in the header of our website, www.dbamanufacturing.com.
Add our Email addresses to your safe list
All ticket responses are sent to you from tickets@dbasoftware.com and our newsletters from news@dbasoftware.com. Make sure these two Email addresses are added to your safe list of allowable senders so that our ticket responses and newsletters don’t get blocked by your Email system.
